Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Wales. We hope you are satisfied with the product we sent you. However, if you are not satisfied, here is our return and refund policy.

Return Request
Before returning a product, please email hello@thewaleshelmet.com with video and photo evidence of the unboxing when the package was opened.
Returns can only be processed after the request has been approved by our team.

Return Period
Return requests can only be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
After 30 days, we cannot process a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned in its original packaging

Product Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

If the return is approved, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
We strongly recommend using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive untraceable items.

Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your product, we will send you a confirmation email. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Refund Delays
If you haven’t received your funds after confirmation:
Please check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card issuer; there may be a waiting period.
  • Contact your bank; there may be additional processing.
